We strive to improve AI in all machine vision applications to increase the safety, reliability and value of our customers’ products (e.g. AR and autonomous vehicles). Thanks to our unique recording technology, enriched training data for a Mixed Reality (MR) approach and data-driven models for evaluations, we are one rabbit jump ahead of the competition.
To further expand our market presence, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to form a strong sales team, drive our B2B market strategy, and actively work on the business side.

How you can help us
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for our B2B market segment
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners and industry influencers
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, product expansion, and market entry
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes, pricing and product offerings
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Develop and monitor sales and business development KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
How you can convince us
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Business Development, or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment
- Strong track record of driving sales growth, business development and meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent understanding of B2B sales processes, strategies and business development activities
- Experience with AI, machine vision, or related technology markets is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages being an advantage
- Ability to work in a highly motivated team and inspire others
