We are a AI startup with ~10 curious employees who are passionate about computer vision. We provide photorealistic augmented images so that visual AI can be trained safely and reliably. Our training data is therefore particularly relevant to the AR industry and autonomous vehicles. We have a unique recording technology that enriches existing training data with mixed reality according to customer needs. This puts us one rabbit’s jump ahead of our competitors.
To further expand our market presence, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to form a strong sales team, drive our B2B market strategy, and actively work on the business side.

- Top German and English skills
- Leader - with experience in B2B sales strategy development and business development
We need your know-how for
- developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for our B2B market segment
- contacting stakeholders, partners and potential customers
- identifying new business opportunities, including partnerships, product expansion and market launch
- preparing accurate sales forecasts, KPIs and reports
- establishing and leading a high-performing sales team
Please have the following carrots in your backpack
- Proven experience as Head of Sales, Business Development or in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment
- Knowledge of strategic business development, target achievement and turnover growth
- Excellent understanding of B2B sales processes - lead is what we need^^
- Experience with AI, machine vision or related technology markets is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A certain nerd gene with a benevolent mindset towards the dynamics of a startup
