Your role

As a Founder’s Associate at rabbitAI, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting the founders in driving the vision and mission of our startup forward. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring a combination of strategic thinking, operational support, sales and proactive problem-solving. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders and leadership, gaining invaluable experience in entrepreneurship, AI technology and scaling a DeepTech Startup.

Your main tasks

  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and COO to develop and refine the overall strategic direction of the company. Assist in setting short-term and long-term goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
  2. Communications: Draft and edit internal and external communications. Help maintain consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  3. Operational Support: Take ownership of various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Assist in managing key projects from inception to completion. This involves creating project plans, coordinating team efforts, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  4. Sales Support: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential customers and vendors. Represent the company professionally in various networking events and meetings.

General Conditions 

  • 16-20 working hours per week
